      Reporting Analyst Interview

      Feb 25, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Busey in Jul 2025

      Interview

I interviewed with them for a Reporting Analyst role. The first round was with the manager via Teams, and the second and final interview was face-to-face with the manager, director, and a current analyst. The role was more of an individual contributor position supporting a cross-functional team. The manager was not very technical, so it was apparent they did not know the right questions to ask, and I found myself repeating answers. The analyst asked more relevant, specific questions. Director was asking more behavioral questions.
