The process to get hired it's tedious. You have to get your fingerprinting with the DOI done, have your god knows what medical shots up to date; it's pretty much the same process anywhere when you're trying to work in a child care program. First you have a 1:1 interview, then they call you to be interviewed with the whole team of supervisors, then they let you know if they want you in.
