I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BusinesSuites (Baltimore, MD) in Aug 2013
Interview
I had 3 interviews, one on the phone with the recruiter, one in person with the Center Manager, and a working interview. It took a month to get hired from submittal of application to the first day of work. You also have to take an hour long personality/IQ test with the submittal of your application.

Interview
First the job recruiter calls you and goes over the job title, salary etc.; ask you a few basic questions like why are you leaving your current job, what did you do at your previous jobs etc etc. They then set up an interview with the center mgr and VP of operations.

Question 1
I showed up to interview and got turned away because I wasn't 'prepared' for my interview. They judge me based off what I was wearing. I guess slacks and blazer still isn't up to their par.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BusinesSuites (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2014
Interview
Found the job on craigslist, and was then directed to the company website. I started with an online personality assessment, then was contacted via email for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was called back to schedule an in-person interview for the following week at one of their centers. Overall, I feel like they are pretty thorough with the process.

Question 1
Don't recall any overly difficult questions asked, but they did ask how to handle clients' clients, and what would I do if, for example, a child was acting up in the lobby.
