Interview process had four levels of interview, starting from hiring manager in BCT, next with senior manager, Director and VP. I was given enough time and heads up before the interviews and was provided few details about the interviewer. This helped me to prep my response. BCT is great in selecting candidates. The whole process was done in 4 weeks and I got the offer letter. They are friendly, professional, and quick responsive thru e-mails, text message, and on phone calls. I was amazed the way they treat the candidates in the process. I would strongly recommend BCT to any of my friends for job.
