I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Business Talent Group (New York, NY) in Apr 2014
Interview
A few phone interviews - basic questions, just wanted to determine that you're "intellectually curious," interested in sales, and well-spoken enough to avoid sending F500 execs packing at the first sound of your voice on the phone. Didn't realize it at the time, but the sales teams in each location (NYC, LA, Chicago) are small - helps to establish that you're friendly and can get along with a collaborative sales team of between 5-10 people.

Interview
Initial screening phone call followed by zoom interview, generic questions. A couple weeks after the zoom interview I reached out the interviewer for a follow-up and feedback and received a generic rejection letter from an HR person. Impersonal rejection process left a sour taste.

Interview
Had two interviews with members of Los Angeles and Chicago office. Recruiter was very unorganized sometimes took weeks to schedule an interview. After a positive experience with the 2nd interviewer in Chicago, the recruiter asked what times I was available for a 3rd. I gave a list of times but never heard back from the recruiter or the company ever again despite my efforts to reach out again and again. Not even an email to say they were no longer interested.

Interview
A lot of phone interviews--they want to make sure you sound good and confident on the phone. You'll be cold calling so the process makes sense. Very conversational yet good questions and very upfront.
