I applied online. I interviewed at Butterball (Mount Olive, NC) in Jul 2022
Interview
Very unorganized from HR to the IMT trailer. IMT coordinators are extremely unprofessional. It’s quite obvious they’ve never actually done maintenance themselves. The ones that could have possibly held actual maintenance positions either were floaters/ gofers or did so for a very short term. HR acts like you owe them lol. I tested at the highest level possible on their bogus electrical and mechanical assessment and even then I would have taken a substantial pay cut to go there. No thanks. Also, the overall quality of individual I ran across in the short amount of time there, was pretty appalling…Definitely a bottom of the barrel establishment.
