Interviewed near the end of last year. Process included: 1. Initial chat with the Recruiter 2. Take Home Assignment submitted back for offline review by the team 3. Competency interview with Head of Product and Product Design Lead presenting back a previous example Process ended for me here but, if I had been successful, the final round was a face to face interview with several members of the team. While the recruiter was great at sending an interview pack and replying promptly to queries, I have to sadly downgrade the rating from Positive to Neutral due to the post-interview process. I received a mail informing me of their decision not to pursue my application further and added 'If you’d like some feedback, please let me know your preferred form (i.e. written or verbal).' Additionally they requested feedback for themselves to improve themselves. I diligently provided the feedback as requested but did not receive any feedback to improve my own future interviews. It has now been over two months since the last interview and I am yet to get a reply. While I appreciate that it is a tedious process, I find it disingenuous to offer to give feedback and then not do so.
