      I recently interviewed for a role with the Customer Love team and was genuinely excited about joining this company, given its mission and values. Unfortunately, my experience with the interview process left me feeling quite disillusioned. While the initial interview covered some basics about the role, I found it rushed and impersonal, with limited opportunity to discuss my qualifications in depth. The interviewer seemed preoccupied with wrapping up quickly, which affected the overall rapport and flow of the conversation. Despite my proactive approach to follow up, the feedback I received was vague and generic, without any constructive insight on why I wasn’t selected. For a company that emphasizes transparency and a people-focused culture, I expected a more thoughtful and engaging recruitment experience. Personalized feedback, especially for candidates who invest significant time and interest, would go a long way in fostering goodwill and professionalism in the hiring process. Overall, I’d encourage the team to refine their interview approach and provide candidates with honest, detailed feedback. This would better reflect the values they stand for and help candidates improve in their job search.
