Following this, you can anticipate one or more interviews, tailored to the role, where we delve deeper into your background, aspirations, and how you envision contributing to our organization's broader objectives. For management positions, we also schedule a facility tour and provide opportunities to interact with other team members (we are all about transparency).
We typically pose deep, thought-provoking questions to our directors, and while your specific question about being an outside hire versus internal wasn't part of our standard set, it's possible it arose organically during the conversation. It's intriguing that this particular question stood out to you, suggesting it left an impression. Perhaps this contributed to your perception of the interview as easy.
