Applied online & was requested to answer several questions within my cover letter. First interview was conducted in-person; interviewer asked a LOT of personal & business-related questions. Second interview was also conducted in-person by the same interviewer; similar questions were asked but worded differently. A hand-written math test & typing test was also involved.
