DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND CAN'T EVEN TELL AN INTERN THAT THEY DIDN'T GET THE JOB.
I applied to this job and within days, I got an email back, saying that I am in consideration. They said they'd prefer in-person meetings, but I could not do this because I graduate in December (currently it is November) and I would be able to start the position in January. I let them know this straight up and called the person whose phone number was provided in the email and she said this is fine and proceeded to say exactly this: "Okay! I think our interviewer has availability tomorrow at this time."
I accepted it. Little did I know, this was a group interview with 5 other people and the interview wasn't even an interview, just him telling us about the growth of the company and asking us to fill out a survey at the end (which they would email to us "15 minutes after the Zoom call"). Provided the Zoom call was at 11:45AM, I don't get any emails from them and around 3PM, get a text from the same woman I scheduled the interview with on the phone, saying that they did not get my response. She finally sent it to me and I fill it out. I get a call around 6PM saying that I am going into the next stage of interviews.
I get a confirmation text from her the day I scheduled the interview, saying my interview is at the Austin office location and I texted her back saying that can't be right. She then texted me the Zoom link. I join 5 minutes before and apparently I needed a password for the Zoom link (and it was not provided) so I texted her and she told me the password.
I waited in the Zoom waiting room, texting her profusely for 40 minutes.
