Fake. They will ask you to fill all the information in a form including your family occupations , age etc. Filling form is waste of time. They in first round interviewer will write your and your family information. In 2nd round of interview, interviewer will ask few questions for time as he doesn't care what you are speaking. Then they will ask to leave. No matter how wonderful answers you have given. I think they are just collecting data of people.
