When I applied for this position, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was placed in front of a panel of 2 whom alternately asked me situational questions. Some had to do with customer service, while other questions were about mistakes or embarrassing situations that we've found ourselves in as employees. The employees asking the questions were absolutely awesome and very kind.
