Completed first round virtual interview. They asked standard behavioral questions, lasted around 45 minutes. I had a pretty positive experience, it was a two person panel with a senior analyst and a junior analyst. The questions were largely focused on data analysis, with some time at the end for a Q&A.

The interview process is 40 mins long, with 2 interviewers, they will ask mostly simple questions behavioral and situational questions with the tell us about your self part, what I didn’t appreciate is how I went to the second round, was told that I am a strong candidate for the job then got ghosted regardless of sending follow up emails. It echoed unprofessionalism and disrespect.
