Contacted through email and set up a day for a Zoom interview with the co-founder of the company. Was asked to provide any relevant work in the form of a digital portfolio as well.
Fairly straightforward, met with the CEO and he got to know candidates on a personal level, where they see themselves growing, and gave a background about the company. More conversational than Q&A so the interview was comfortable
