Three onsite interviews with human resources and a department representative. Technical questions as well as the usual behavioral ones drawing on situations in your work history and how they were handled. "Tell me about a time..."

Hobbies and outside interests. - They asked tech and job history questions like any other employer might, but also seemed to be interested in the personality behind the resume.
