I was contacted within several hours of applying for the position online. The recruiter was friendly and conducted a phone screen that lasted about 15 minutes. He promptly sent me electronic communication that outlined my in-person interview details along with his contact information.
The in-person interview was relaxed and the interviewers (2) were friendly. One interviewer was unprofessional in the sense that she kept looking at her cell phone during the process. She also stated that they will provide feedback to the interviewee(s) that are not selected, which I have yet to receive after several inquiries.For a company built upon honesty and transparency, that recruiting team is falling short of their own expectations.

Interview
Contacted via text on the interview process, and information was not clear on the interview process. Was not sure whom I was texting, and when I asked for a name, the individual did not provide a name so assumed I was texting chatbots. Texts claimed I would be interviewing in person with 2 hiring managers, however, after the interview ended with the 2 hiring managers ended up interviewing a separate time with higher-ups with a total of 4 people and for a total of an hour for the combined two interviews. Maybe this process didn't apply to everyone, but I did not appreciate the under-communication.

Interview
Straight forward, use STAR to answer any questions and be yourself. They basically ask about previous customer service experience and how you handle different situations. This position is on the road driving a truck so make sure you are comfortable with that.

How have you handled a difficult customer experience?
Quick and Easy! The process took 2 weeks which was great! Interviewing should not take more then that as some companies will go as long as 2 months. Very happy with the process.
