A recruiter reached me from LinkedIn and asked if I'm interested. After I showed my interest, he told me he is going to send me a take-home assessment that I need to turn in in one week. It was SQL, Python-based analysis questions. There were around 10 questions, and they were very detailed. After I finished in one week, I was told that the managers were impressed and wanted to schedule a panel interview. And I was told that we will go over the assessment together. Panel interview went well, but I rejectected.
