I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CBIG in Nov 2013
Interview
Entry level interview - I joined two other college seniors at the Rosemont office for a recruiting day. I was interviewed by 4 consultants for about 30 minutes each. The questions were typical and each interviewer had a different topic/type of question. One asked about situational questions, one asked technical questions, one asked about my career goals, and another asked about my education/interests.

Question 1
Estimate the number of ladders that exist in the united states
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CBIG (Chicago) in Jun 2014
Interview
Started with a brief presentation of the company by two senior level consultants. After the presentation, I Interviewed with 5 consultants ranging from senior consultants to Principles. Each lasted 30 minutes and was more behavioral than technical. It was more about finding a fit for the organization rather than having deep technical skills. It was voiced that a lot of the training is on the job. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend the company to anymore.
