I applied online, maybe 1-2 weeks later received a call from a recruiter and had maybe a 20 min phone interview, she then said I would receive a call from the district manager to schedule an in person interview. I heard back the very next day we schedule the interview at one of the location. It was very typical, I did have experience working at an At&t corporate location so that definitely helped me out and I knew more about the what they were looking for. She asked basic questions and set the expectations for what they were looking for she even pulled in the store manager into the interview and he talked about his growth with the company in a very short amount of time. Definitely room for growth because they a growing quickly.
