Interviewed through CCA recruitment ( Glasgow) who initially sourced my CV online and invited me to an interview the following day in Edinburgh at a time and venue ( Haymarket Job centre), agent with CCA said she would email details to me with job spec, she never did, next day I got ready to travel into Edinburgh for interview but felt concerned that had no email confirmation of Interview, called them prior to leaving home asked to speak with Agent who dealt with me, phone line went dead? called back and was fobbed of and told an email was being sent to me as I spoke, checked email saying can you reschedule for later time in day! and change of interview Venue ? email made no sense, attached to the email were details of an email intended for another interviewee? and it asked me to attend on a different date? This could have been considered as a breach of DP. After being completely messed about by agency I attended interview in Edinburgh later that day, it was pleasant enough but interviewer from CCA was a waste of time, she said you are great and you have all the skills the client needs , she made promises to present my CV . She said she would get back to me but never did despite two emails over ten days requesting feedback, only when I emailed her a strong email did she bother to reply. Really this interview was waste of time, I have no idea if the client got to see my CV, but I would suggest that the agency concerned gave me a bad impression of Business Stream after all they employed the services of this agency who in simple terms I can best describe as Incompetent. So Business stream should employ a better Agency who does not make them look like bad potential employers.
