It was very nerve breaking at first but I calmed down and I got positive feedback and a lot of positive outcomes. The interview had a lot of interesting questions about myself and my skills in which they were answered promptly and with enthusiasm.

Interview
I had a short interview process that started with submitting my application online. I was then contacted for an interview where I was asked about my communication skills, organisation, ability to multitask, and how I would handle confidential information. The interviewer was professional and friendly, and the process felt comfortable overall. I was also asked situational questions to test problem-solving and customer service abilities.
