Non-traditional interview, easy, relaxed and informative. Job requirements were carefully explained and all questions answered. The direct hiring manager and her boss were both present. The recruiter who I dealt with over the phone and managers (in person) and/or company representatives were both friendly, patient and professional.

The interview process can be lengthy mine took several weeks before receiving an offer. I would advise to dress business professional and bring copies of your resume. Also, you have to do more than one interview.

Phone interview with Xerox HR. Very easy going interview used mostly to schedule an in-person interview with the manager. Followed by an in-person interview with the direct manager two weeks later. A week later received offer via phone call.
