i completed a courses on video showing temperature controls, how to recognize different Costco department personnel by the color of aprons, hats, clothing they wore. I was tested and passed all phases of each app and obtained the certification for sanitation, food handling. I was drug tested. I was given instructions about the proper dress code . I was told the hourly rate and that we are paid for 6 hours per day with 1/2 hr unpaid lunch & 15 min break.
