Interview
Interview has multiple rounds including work sample, assignment and questions asked. A good chance to get to know each other and quality of work but can get lengthy and need to wait some times.

Questions about the field, some from my previous work experience ,situation based/case study based questions.
There were 2 assignments related to the topic you applied for the first 2 rounds.
Then two rounds of interview with the team lead. It took 2 months for final decision.

Are solar panel manufacturing causing pollution in the nature?
It was very chill, they made me feel very comfortable. They loved and laughed also in the interview!
They also asked why i would want to work with CEEW and not somewhere else!
