I was called for an onsite interview. One on One interview. After less than a couple of minutes of us talking they pulled out a 4-page exam and told me to complete it. The exam included coding questions, networking questions, and a lot of electronics schematics. The interview felt more like a college-level exam than a professional interview. The interviewer seemed annoyed when I asked questions and was not very inviting. Never heard anything back, not even an email saying I was not selected.
