I applied via a recruitment agency and had an interview with a freelance HR person. The questions were standard interview questions and the process was quick, with clear communication from both Cellar Society and the recruiter. I didn't get an offer and the feedback was whilst they were very impressed with my research about the company, they had two concerns:
1) The number of jobs I'd had (this was already evident from my CV so they knew this before interviewing me, plus turnover in the hospitality industry is high)
2) I explained I burnt out in another job. The fact that this was a concern, along with a podcast I listened to where one of the founders was interviewed, suggests that they will overwork employees and don't really care about mental health.
