Interview
The process was great, had 3 interviews total. Started with a phone screen and then 1 virtual meeting and the final interview was in person with the branch manager. The entire process was very stress-free and they were great about communicating the next steps.

1st round was with office managing director (phone) 2nd with key team members locally, 3rd with VP. Primarily they are looking for personality fit, personal motivation/drive, and professional communication style.
