Background check, multiple tests to show company policy and the "what would you do if..." type questions, Training was 1-2 weeks with another staff at a site, certifications had to be done like CPR before you could work alone, other certification classes were done within the first 3-6 months after being hired.

Question 1
What would you do if a client ran out into traffic and stood in the middle of traffic?
I said... call 911 because I am not 100% sure he would let me approach him without him moving and getting struck by oncoming traffic.
