I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CITY HOME (Tallahassee, FL) in Oct 2012
Interview
I was recruited while I was still in college, so I met them at a career fair and then went for an on-campus interview. I then was given a tour of the main warehouse, customer service, corporate showroom, and other facilities at our corporate offices in Tamarac. Once I had a good idea of the type of company that I could work for and saw a "day in the life" as a Manager in Training, I was sure that this is what I wanted to do. I was offered a job before I graduated and started work about a month after graduation.
