**This role is not what it seems**
DAY 1 - After getting there 10 mins before my interview, I had to wait 30 mins for my name to be called to have my interview. There were waves of other candidates coming to and from the building. I went into an office with another candidate and had the interviewer rant for 10 mins about the company nothing about the role. I was barely given a chance to speak when I was told I will receive a call 'later this evening' to let me know if I made it to the next stage.
That night around 6.30pm I received a phone call telling me that I got into the next stage, which would be the next day. I was told to bring pen and paper, and arrive back at the office at 10am sharp.
DAY 2 - I arrived at 9.45. As soon as you get there they make you sign a document saying that you agree that today is a shadowing day and that you will not be paid nor compensated for anything that you do today. You then get assigned to a team manager, within 10 minutes of arriving at the office I was on a bus to Barnet unaware that I was about to spend the day watching someone do door-to-door sales for a charity. Whilst they do their job and speak to people on the street you write nonsense on paper about reasons why people wouldn't want to support the charity.
I walked out after this. The job brief is very deceiving and not at all what the job is. I found the day a complete waste of time, money and energy... This is me trying to me nice about the role...
