Interview is pretty straightforward they are willing to hire if you want to try & learn their costumer service. You have to take skills based test before the interview basic math, grammar etc. pretty simple.

Fairly easy interview process , mention empathy with a good example and you basically got the job. They will also have you do a assessment in office to see where you are at.
