You don't even get into the door unless you do well on the IQ test that you take after submitting the application. I was called fairly quickly and came in for two interviews (each about 30 mins long). The first was only with the HR manager and the second was with him and two other company employees. It was a fairly easy interview, in that I wasn't shocked by any of the questions.
