Interview
Must apply online but referrals help. It’s a typical process with phone screening, followed by a one on one interview that was held onsite. There was also a group interview, also held onsite, where you show your customers service skills are factious scenarios that involved role play. Overall the interview was straight forward and quick and I was given the job offer within a reasonable amount of time.
