After my technical interview, my interviewer told me I'd hear back by end of week, start of the next week at the latest. I got completely ghosted.
Based on the other interview feedback, it seems ghosting is a common practice at this company. Huge red flag. Would not recommend the company based on the interviewing culture.

The technical interview was a Leetcode-style algorithm question
System Design Interview, followed by Algo Interview (make sure to know your DSA) and followed by Panel with hiring manager and then technical presentation in front of a couple of engineers and managers. Overall was really great and everyone was really really nice.

System Design question has to do with the type of challenges you would work on at the company
Smooth process and everyone is very nice. It's a bit hard to judge how well the company will do since Crypto died. The leadership team seems strong, but I'm not sure about the engineers. I don't know what their actual product is and they never told me.
