The process consisted of three rounds: A phone call, a portfolio presentation, and a technical and HR interview. The first round was a phone call with a representative from the company. The call lasted about 15 minutes and consisted of general questions about my experience and background. They were interested in learning more about my skills and how they could fit into their company. The representative was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The second round was a portfolio presentation. I was asked to prepare a presentation showcasing my work and present it. This round lasted approximately 30 mins and gave me the opportunity to showcase my skills in greater detail. The final round was a technical and was focused towards my technical skills and knowledge, while the HR portion focused on my personality and fit within the company culture. The questions were challenging, but the panel was supportive and gave me the opportunity to demonstrate my abilities. Overall, the interview process was well-organized and challenging. The company was professional and respectful throughout the entire process, making me feel valued and appreciated.
