      IT Consultant Interview

      Sep 15, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Toronto, ON
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CS Consulting (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2017

      Interview

Was a very straight forward phone interview. It was setup directly with the president of the company which gave me the impression it was a small firm. Initially there wasn't much lead time. The first phone call, he began probing my resume and then scheduled a second call which was the actual interview. Both calls were about an hour. As it was consultancy work, there was no in person conversations and we'd only have a face to face meeting should I have accepted the offer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked about past experiences. Asked how I would complete needs assessments Asked how I would manage and track budgets Asked what my certifications were
