CSM LeadDog interview questions

3 rounds of interview conducted first through an online platform and then video chat; The process took less than 2 weeks with mostly standard questions about personal experiences and skills. In the end they asked some personality related questions and questions on your knowledge of the trends in the industry. I interviewed with 2 people on the team whom I ended up working with and they were both nice and talented.

I first did an online interview and then I went to one in-person interview. I talked with 2 account directors/executives at the same time and it was pretty laid-back. The two women made me feel very comfortable.
