First Interview- the wait was pretty long (it is very stuffy and hot in there, at least 100 people stuffed in a cramped space) and the interview was very fast, Eddie the apparent CEO spoke so fast that it really started to sound like gibberish. Told me multiple times that they were interviewing 150+ people a day so it was very chaotic. Kind of sketchy to be honest. After a 5 minute interview he told me that he'll call me if I made it to the top 40. Got a call around 6 pm and told me that my 2nd interview was the next day at 9 am.
Second Interview- Got there around 8:20 because I didn't want to be late, waited until 10:15 when someone finally called for me, we were suppose to shadow someone for the day and see how things work at CTB, this is where it got weird. Since i had to wait almost 2 hours i started doing research about this company only to find that they use to be Criterion Worldwide and the reviews were pretty bad. My name finally got called as was introduced to a sales manager who was taking us to Brooklyn to experience their daily routine. Asked more questions about my work experience but once you say something they don't like they dismiss you and ignore you, until you feel the need to just leave.
Word of Advise, if you are thinking of signing up as a Marketer this is a SALES position. As in Door to Door sales.
