There are 4 person taking your interview one after another. 1st with General Manager - it was just to boost your confidence and relax interview ..asking your introduction.where are you from. 2nd round with technical- some drawing was given to you..and give 20 min..you have to complete fastly. 3 Rd round with Department Manager- asking you introduction, basics of Transformer, how will you work under pressure.etc Last round with Managing Director- for salery discussion.
