The company is primarily composed of Chinese from China. As a result, there is very little information about this company available online(you can only find it on China websites). But it is conceivable that the company is managed by Chinese management style. This was the strangest interview experience I've ever had. Firstly, they would send you an online programming test, which wasn't very difficult. After passing that, they changed the position I had applied for and claimed that this new position (which I had no experience in) was a better fit for me. I thought, well, let's give it a try and agreed. In the end, however, they rejected me, citing my lack of familiarity with the field. I felt extremely disrespected – if that was the case, why did they switch the position I originally applied for and then reject me with a ridiculous reason? Overall, based on my interview experience, the senior engineers at this company have great technical skills, However, the higher the management level, the lower their understanding of technology. If you are going to interview with this company, please consider it carefully.
