he recruitment process consists of three stages. First, an initial HR call to assess cultural fit. Second, a technical round evaluating your skills. Finally, a machine test to demonstrate practical coding abilities. Then the final Hr round.

Build a full shopping list app (frontend in React, backend in Node.js).
First implement it with a monolithic REST API.
Then restructure it into microservices.
Add real-time collaboration features(socket js ), TDD with ≥90% coverage, and DevOps setup.
All within 3 hours.
