Interview
Quick response and scheduling. Very nice people who were honest about the work/their experiences. More conversation based versus questions on questions. Kind of felt a bit lax compared to other interviews I’ve experienced
Very informal process via Zoom. They were interested in filling an open contract spot but did talk a little about long term goals. The person interviewing me was a bit scattered and seemed overwhelmed at times, but I believe the knew what they were looking for.
