Straight forward, application, recruiter phone interview, in person interview and you are done! The references / background check was the longest part of the process. Folks are friendly and the interview was informal. No tests, just talking about one's experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVP in May 2025
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter. They did a screening process and checked my clearance and went over the position with me after that I had a virtual interview with a graphic designer on-site and the team lead. Was a very easy and relaxed interview. They seemed nice. I had worked at this agency before so I think they really liked that and they were already familiar with my work.
