Interview was with Michelle, the Chief Creative Officer at CWO. It was really nice speaking to her; she kept the interview at a good pace and somewhat casual, leaving me to be comfortable with talking with her. What I liked especially was the fact that she gave me the space to share my opinions freely with no judgement, and to have open conversations about the topics we discussed.

It was okay, interviewer really connected on a personal level with questions going beyond just work-level, taking to understand interviewee as a person to judge work ethic over judging works.
