The interviewing manager set up an interview, forgot about it completely and rescheduled it for another day. Did not bother to apologise for it when it came to having the interview, to which he was again late. Throughout the entire interview he was distracted, not holding eye contact at all, moving, was not interested in the answers, and fidgeting the entire time. Came off as quite arrogant too. He made it clear that he wanted to do a second interview with the senior management, yet never followed through. Overall it was a complete waste of time and the experience was not pleasant.
