The weirdest interview I even go through. I have many interviews with a lot of different company big, medium, small size. At Cadre after I passed the HR call with pretty basic interview question and conversation with him. Then the next step will be online coding interview with another sourcing company to help them determine if the candidate good or not with the role. The problem is how come another company can provide the interview and then Cadre just "watch" the recording not even live. I am not sure if they even watch it thoroughly. Anyway, the question from the interviewer was not for SDET role but more on the Software Engineer role. The interviewer does not even understand what is the role that I applied. There is no feedback after that, no email, no call.

Applied online on company website. Got an email from recruiter asking for time slots for a phone call. Phone call with lead recruiter, mostly around past work experience. Skype/coderpad interview with a Software Engineer, wasn't very hard. They are probably looking for a very senior SDET.
