Interview
I applied through the posting on my college's internal internship posting site. I was called and asked to come in for an interview at their College Park branch. There I met with both their HR person and the IT manager (and only IT employee) at the location. They were both very friendly and didn't take the internship position more seriously than they should have. It was a relaxed environment, the IT manager had jeans on. None of the questions I was asked were too technical for my experience (none). The IT manager was very personable when we had a 1 on 1 interview after the HR person left.

Question 1
I will say that none of the questions were very difficult, as this was an internship position. They did ask me about what I was learning in my Networking classes at school, and what type of equipment I had the opportunity to work with there.
