I applied online. I interviewed at Caerus//Knight (London, England)
Interview
Invited for a chat which lasted 30/45mins. 1 on 1 chat with a few interview questions but really just trying to understand who you are and if your right for the team.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Caerus//Knight (London, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
Rather simple process.
1. Apply online and add a letter with a brief description of experience with marketing and digital marketing.
2. Online test
3. Primary chat with CEO, where one could gain an insight into the company and present himself and talk about experience. The chat was in a very relaxed atmosphere.
4. Interview
Careful: The job description portrays the company and projects in a much more interesting way than they are. They seem to be more of a creative design agency than a marketing consultant and are more interested in your design skills (programming, photoshop) than actual marketing and branding expertise.

Interview
I applied online, through LinkedIn.
Then was contacted very quickly by the CEO via LinkedIn message - asked a few questions regarding skills, salary etc. A few days later invited via email from a Digital Marketing Executive to a 'preliminary chat' with the CEO.
Chat held in their London office, one room, with other employees working behind which was a bit different. Interviewer was filling out form as went through asking questions, seemed like a proper interview rather than just a chat. He described the role thoroughly.
About 2 weeks later got an email saying that I wouldn't be taken forward to the second stage of the interview process - a longer, more intense interview. I asked for feedback - they said they were looking for more varied experience. Even though they had previously said they were asking for a junior person to join the team, and would give training etc.
