Preliminary interview and secondary. Got an offer but retracted after asking about benefits and wanting my offer in writing (written offer was refused to be given). Felt like they were leveraging benefit information to get me to accept a verbal offer.

Preliminary Screening with basic questions regarding safety and work ethic.
Second Interview was a week after and I wasnt interviewed by the supervisor. I was set with an established employee who gaged my knowledge. Like, setting work offsets, edge finding parts, setting up 4th axis work, multi pallet systems and efficiency values.
